This is a great device to have if you have a laptop, tablet, ect.
-
However, that won't protect devices inside the house from sending surges to _other_ devices in your house
-
Kept my devices safe.
-
Incredibly useful little devices
-
This small device gives big protection to electric and electronic devices at a convenient price
-
But never, never plug any expensive electronics (or any device you don’t want to fail, such as your garage door opener) directly into a wall outlet
-
This device is great for use where you wish to isolate say like an appliance (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, telephoneequipment, etc.).
-
If there is a surge, these little devices are suppose to protect the appliance.
-
Not only did the device not work they wouldn’t stand behind there warranty.
-
And with these, you will know when the device has finally given up its life to protect your stuff -
-
I feel that my electronics is well protected using this device,
-
If your device is worth protecting, spending a bit more on the surge suppressor is cheap insurance.
-
Here is the important point: No device can be guaranteed to absorb any amount energy at any voltage level.
-
Consequently, I would not recommend them for the most sensitive electronics or the most expensive equipment, where a more robust device (such as an Tripp-Lite Isobar) is a better choice.
-
They've been in service for several months through many bad storms and power surges, and no hard done to the protected devices.
-
As a result of this little experiment, I am recommending this device for users who have high draw appliances or electronics to prevent and stabilize power draws
-
I will say an OK product for something small like a cheap printer or small electronic device
-
Nor would I recommend them (or any secondary device) as the sole transient protection device where a primary device is not installed at the service panel/meter.
-
I purchased several of these to install on all my appliances and more expensive electrical devices in my home.
-
This does give you some peace-of-mind that the cube will protect the appliance/device.
-
This particular one is excellent where you have limited room and only need to protect one device
-
Three out of four Belkin surge suppressors were 'fried' and failed to protect the attached devices, including a new 32" Samsung LCD TV and a Canon fax machine.
-
I am so relieved to have my expensive devices connected through this as I can always see they protected with the green lights on the device.
-
An electrical device is difficult to review until it has to do it job - protecting what is pluged into it
-
I'm happy enough to trust the device.
-
In addition it comes with Belkin's connected device warranty coverage as well
-
Other devices HP color laserjet, battery tender, GFCI, LED night lights were also destroyed.
-
A UPS device should only plug into a passive surge device such as this Belkin device
-
A helpful device.
-
After experimenting w/ a number of surge protectors, we found that a device with extra outlets was not useful.
-
I protect all my TV's, computer, garage door opener and smart devices
-
very good will order more and best quality you will be pleased as i
