and it has like an air bubble on the bottom and won't sit flat on my desk and it makes a crunching noise every time i put my wrists on it due to the loose plastic around the gel i assume

the item is stink, very strong plastic smell, even its over few months, and I washed for a few times, the smell doesnt go away.

(Although there is weird plastic smell when the item is received new... a little bit annoying!)

This product does not have foam in it, there is a noisy plastic stuffed inside

The box was the hard plastic which slices your fingers off, but they added a perforated backing so no scissors were required

The pad itself is not wide enough, and the "gel" is not very soft as there is just not enough for any real comfort because it is also rock-hard, and you can hear some cheap plastic inside when you move it around.

The construction is odd in that there is some sort of crinkly material in the base and a pocket of air trapped in between that the rubber base that cause the Wrist Pad to be of all thing, "noisy" as I type.3
