Cons: cheap plastic, the coffee grounds stick to the black water dispenser causing them to fall into the water reservoir, it's not easy to clean the reservoir, can't brew into a travel mug, coffee isn't very hot

This coffee maker is very cheaply made of flimsy plastic, But I have used it every day since I got it, and I love how instantly it makes a cup of coffee for me, without any special pods.
