From all the reviews I've read, I haven't read any reviews where someone received their monitor with dead pixels

the colors are better and image sharper than on my Samsung TV, the only bad thing is that it has a dead pixel

Keep in mind I bought this refurbished from Benq's site because I personally think that the quality control is better, and you have a smaller chance in getting a defective product, or the occasional "dead pixel"

This monitor has the best and deepest blacks I've ever seen
