Response:I played some games and the screen is surprisingly impressive

I spend a lot of time at my computer, and this screen makes my work so much easier

The screen will flash off and on to a solid black screen and then come back

and that would usually clear up the screen

The only things that I am not very happy about is how quite the speakers are and how bright the screen is

but you'll like the screen, its fast, smooth and responsive

As said before the screen is beautiful with the best feature in the world for someone who wants to stare at the screen for extended hours the flicker-free backlight

If you place a soda can or a beer can in front of the screen, the top of the can lines up about 1/4" below the viewable area of the LED screen and about 1/2" above the lower edge of the frame

Pros:-Bright large screen-Matte finish on the screen, gives a much better picture without as much glare-3 inputs (VGA, DVI, and HDMI), this is a great feature and some monitors don't have HDMI input-Headphone

My monitor flickers when it is on darker screens, cannot see it when it's bright colors.

Earlier, my review mentioned a flicker==it turns out that flicker is caused by an internet browser and not this screen.

The same model of Monitors will have slight differences in colors, but it seems like they completely changed the screen

Games are unplayable because the screen is not bright enough and changing the gamma won't solve a thing

It's as if the entire screen has a haze of gray over it.

My only issue is that the colors seem a bit different around the edges, but you can only really see that when the screen is very dark

Great monitor, huge screen

so I cannot justify this phenomenon, but this screen is way better than my Asus monitor with the same specs!

The screen is also very bright, I usually leave the brightness level at around 20/100 as long as the sun isn't shining through my half-moon window.

This monitor is very good and provides you with a clear and crisp screen as well as a good viewing angle

The issue I have run into today is that the screen is flickering and turning off A LOT

I slave this screen to my laptop docking to give extra space for CAD and other programs while multitasking the main display

Mine worked great for about a week, but then one morning, I went to wake it up and the screen flickered like crazy.

I can split the screen and have the internet up on half and PowerPoints or articles up on the other

The monitor does not seem to auto-detect which kind of cable is being used - at first this freaked me out, because my Mac detected a second display connected, but the monitor just showed a blank screen with an unhelpful 'no cable attached' warning, and I thought something was hosed, but once I manually selected the HDMI video input through the monitor's menu system, it worked fine.3

the dell is a little nicer design-wise but the screen on this is a little better

It has also been a nice screen for the occasional Netflix show or YouTube clip

The extra screen space is great, I use an app called better snap tool (it's worth the $4) on my mac which allows me to have nice screen organization, similar to the windows interface

The stand for this product is lacking, but the screen is great

This monitor had some serious back backlight bleeding (mainly on the bottom edge) and minor clouding, which is easily seen on dark screens.
