It is really a nice bluetooth device to play audio, but sometimes when I use it for phone calls the voice gets cut in and out.

I got in touch with their customer service to let them know that my particular device was defective (which happens, no big deal) and within an hour they responded and had a replacement on the way to me!Terrific product and great experience.

Overall this is a great purchase because this device is very useful

I bought this little guy to use on a trip so I could have easier control of Spotify and ended up loving this device for so much more!I placed it in the perfect spot behind my steering wheel but now realize it's a little hard to see, but because he's magnetic I can easily pull off the unit to see the buttons

This device works PERFECTLY in my 2006 Prius that has only an AUX port and no bluetooth

"Not compatible device" message appears and then they are useless
