My initial rating would have been 5 stars, but problems have popped up...the back of the chair is held together by a plastic/ rubber solid tube that presses the backing material into a channel.

haven't had this product for very long, have barely sat in it cause I haven't been home.. but the lining is all coming off and the rest feels so weak I can't even rest my legs on it
