I would not recommend this brand.

So I've been using this for moisturizing my skin and eating other, more expensive brands.

I don't like this brand as much, but it's a good price and, when I'm in a pinch, I'll buy it

I have found this to be great coconut oil and zero difference with other more expensive brands.

My favorite brand of coconut oil.
