After 2 days of light use(2-3 hours a day at low volume at computer), the headphones started to skip pieces of the songs and made a loud crackling sound when audio cancelling was turned on
-
Really liked the design and fit of the headphones, however when the noise cancelling feature was active there was a loud static/crackling noise coming through the speakers.------------------------------------------------I was contacted by the sellers customer service rep in regard to my previously described issues, the company took my complaint seriously and even though I had returned the headphones for a refund and purchased another (more expensive pair) of headphones for my upcoming trip I agreed to accept another pair of headphones without charge

I wrote prior, "The issue I am having with an otherwise solid product is the intermittent crackling of the noise cancellation

Anyway, that part doesn't bother me (for as long as it's not a defect)
