The BIC retractables are just flat excellent, especially at their very reasonable price.

Love the new retractable feature

The retractable part is very nice feature

I really like the retractable feature, and although a bit noisy in a library, it serves it purpose well

I was tentative at first, and like a previous reviewer, I was disappointed with the need to put the edge smoothly against the page to get a true highlight (as opposed to just a bright line), but this was a skill learned with far less frustration than what I experience in a single session of uncapping and recapping traditional highlighters over and over again.

The tip is chiseled so you can have fine line underlining or bold broad highlighting.

I have found the BIC retractable highlighters to be the perfect solution.

The design is also a bit cumbersome with the giant clip that runs into anyone's hand that is attempting to click the thing like you would a pen, and the initial click you get is rather tough and always feels like something is catching along the path of the pen

Works great & the click is more convenient than worrying about a cap.

The clip is an easy enough fix by simply breaking it off, but then you have this ugly looking end that you know you caused; even if it was for a good reason

Not an easy press or smooth retraction

These ran dry even more quickly than the cheaper conventional highlighters that I would leave uncapped the duration of my reading.

If you are looking for an inexpensive product, then this is the right product.

I would not recommend this product.

Easy to use, stays usable, awesome product, I don't want to use anything else.
