Poor quality, not what I expected

They were the only good quality inexpensive pens, but now they are not good quality anymore, in my opinion.

It is a little confusing because they make several different looking models, and the old good ones had round white shafts, whereas these cheaper poor quality ones have clear or silver shafts with more transparent caps.
