I don't bike on rough terrains, mostly trails and roads but have not had any issue with my phone falling off or the holder becoming unstable

Needs two hands to put phone in, but rather that than have the phone fall during ride.

My phone feels secure in this mount, although I purchased a separate protective case for the phone, because I had a phone fall off while riding my bide with a previous phone holder

The mechanism that grasps the phone fell apart in my hand and the springs went flying

Very happy!One suggestion: in both packages (we got two) there was a loose o-ring, and nothing in the instructions about where it should go
