Went to put my phone on the cradle and the cradle spring broke.

I purchased to replace a similar model that lasted a couple years, but had the plastic which holds the retracting springs break, leaving it unrepairable.

Just like the first, the spring broke on one side.

Does not last, tried to open up the brackets to fit my galaxy s8 and the springs broke inside of it right away

One side of the grips that holds the phone tight in place won't retract back, apparently the spring broke, this is after only 4 time using it, probably around 30 miles trip

Was never concerned about phone falling off bike and even secured my ID under phone while riding.
