Would not buy again: no slow speed; eject button for beaters is hard to use; plastic case is cheap and worthless.

It is lightweight, but has lots of adjustable speeds and is so easy to use and sturdy, it can handle everything.

There is no "slow" speed on this thing - the first speed increment will send your flour flying if you're not careful
