One knob for setting cook time is a little confusing because if you turn the timer back to zero but accidentally go too far, it is put into a setting where it STAYS ON

The knobs are difficult to turn

The knobs are not easy to grip and turn

The knobs feel a little cheap but ti works well and the unit itself looks fairly nice with a clean design

Also, and not least, these knobs are extraorinarily hard to turn.

Knob got stuck and the bread got burnt, the house was filled with smoke really dangerous.just bought it 2 months back

I known I would have upgraded to the digital version as the knobs are too difficult to adjust back if you set too long on time
