You may try custom firmware from Russians, but it's not guaranteed to succeed either, though support in Russian forums is much better (albeit rude sometimes) than native pittasoft (which is virtually non-existent) Downgrade from Korean versions to English or Korean versions does not work either

Negative:- support from BlackVue is really bad

My only issue so far is support.

It's good to know there is good customer support for the device
