    BlackVue Wi-Fi DR500GW-HD 16GB Car Black Box/DVR Recorder

    • in my experience it's actually a big recording 'blind spot' that happens at some of the worst possible times like when you're leaving your parking space to merge into traffic, or crossing the parking lot after backing out of your space
    • This camera's GPS chip burn out on a hot summer day and at that point there would be no correct time and location of recorded videos
    • but problems.- The this entire time, in the front, the video was terrible, even with upscale [expensive none the less] SD High card.- restarted over and over - sometimes would not even
    • The sd card crashes all the time
    • I missed all that time
    • But other times, I have to start driving a block or two, and then things will work right again
    • For me, each time I being the card out, unless I format it, the recording doesn't work
    • Because of the issue with correct time stamping, I could not use the Windows client to view footage and the generated maps
    • used.*No lag or missed time between video clipsCons:*The factory SD card had a Trojan Horse
    • -Parked, the camera goes into what I visualize, a none record mode even though the camera sees everything going on in front of it and if and when any movement occurs, it begins recording 5 seconds before the movement and for at least 1 minute or until the movement stops.*On all the time, so no lag for start up
    • You'd also likely be annoyed that whoever sold it to you wasted your time by claiming it was "HD" based on a technicality when the actual display is anything but
    • In addition to the failed card reader, now the card (Pittasoft) has failed 3 times with a new reader that reads other cards
