Defective item

I don't like that item because it doesn't recognize my cricket sim card although it is said to be unlocked.

this is the first I received a defective item.

I went with the phone due to small size, the fact that it is unlocked for GSMA/AT&T supported SIM cards, and that it has 16gb storage.
