Blue Yeti Nano USB Microphone for PC & Mac, Gaming, Streaming and Recording Microphone, Condenser Mic with Blue VO!CE Effects, Multiple Pickup Patterns & No-Latency Monitoring - Blackout

    • I love this mic, but since my room is a wide open space, the audio tends to echo and the mic is sensitive with background noise, even with foam on it
    • Excellent sound quality without much background noise
    • so I can't comment on how well it picks up background noise.
    • The sound of my recording with this mic is so crips with so good sound quality and separation between background noise to your voice that I can’t even hear the background in my test video
    • To others it just seems like the quality has dropped, and either in cardioid or condenser mode they say it has actually amplified my background noise (Which is ridiculous, considering again my snowflake is a condenser mic and specifically made to pickup on ambient
    • so I can't comment on how well it picks up background noise.
    • if you have ANY background noise in the room that you're planning on using this, the microphone will pick it up and bump your volume up
    • Pros:- smaller than original yeti- still fine audio recording quality- much more user friendly mute buttonCons:- require sometimes magic dances to be able to hear something except your voice from connected headphones- require additional software- sensible to keyboard and background noises
    • Wouldn't recommend as when I looked into this
