First of all thank you Bluedio for having a great customer service, they are fantastic

Bluedio also has an awesome customer team (thank you Niny) and is one of the best I've came across on Amazon, so you have piece of mind if anything were to arise.

Broke after two months of light use in a way not easily repaired (the pairing button does not respond) and the company has been totally irresponsible to contact via e-mail, but has no domestic customer service or technical support

It's hard to come by good customer service these days.

The seller has good customer service

blurrry and uneven loud sound, broken piecemeal bluetooth connection, and customer service terrible

It shows how well this customer listens to the customers and I can't help but marvel at the great customer service

Not only this, but the ANC adds a lot of artifacs (it looks as if I am listening through walky-talkies... really annoying) and it reduces bass even further.- Best customer service ever.

The T4’s are light, like really light

If you love clarity and features get the T4’s

it's a thing, I won't knock T4-S for it

n’t fold inside themselves like the T3’s

n’t feel cheap either..

They won't fall off your head unless you're purposely trying to make them fall, o just like them a little tighter
