But the customer service from Bluedio contacted me and they have provided me with great customer service.

Excellent customer care

Broke after two months of light use in a way not easily repaired (the pairing button does not respond) and the company has been totally irresponsible to contact via e-mail, but has no domestic customer service or technical support

It's hard to come by good customer service these days.

If you love clarity and features get the T4’s

The T4’s are light, like really light

it's a thing, I won't knock T4-S for it

n’t feel cheap either..

n’t fold inside themselves like the T3’s

They won't fall off your head unless you're purposely trying to make them fall, o just like them a little tighter
