Having a smartphone with a great DAC will give you better sound quality when listening to them wired

I tested them on my LG V20 wired listed as a high impedance device and compared them wired to other phones like S7, HTC 10, iPhone 7 with the dongle, among others and I can tell you that the V20 will give you the best experience and sound quality to the point that you'll want to listen to them wired more than via Bluetooth

To call the sound quality mediocre would be an understatement

Aside from the dreadful sound quality these headphones operate perfectly, though they are uncomfortable after about 1 hour of listening.
