not many popular headphone or hardware review sites mentioned this headphone on their list of best wireless headsets, instead listing big brand names that cost a fortune but strangely not well rated on amazon

Much to my chagrin, I turned off the Equalizer and the headset sounded fine, great actually.

I have always love the Bluedio Wireless Headset

Like other Bluedio headphones, using the headset for phone conversations sucks because the sound is so big that is gets into the Mic, and people can hear feedback on the other end of the line - or it is dampened and they can not hear you talk.

I would highly recommend the Bluedio U (UFO) to anyone in the market for a great bluetooth headset.

The headset itself is very nice, but the sound isn't anything special

The headset is comfortable, not too heavy, and the padding around the speakers does a surprisingly decent job at dampening ambient noise despite it not being a soundproofing product

To limit this headset to only the 2 presets when they've already done the work to offer in other models using what appears to be the same speaker arrangement seems more of a marketing decision than anything else - it would seem they really want people to be wowed by the 3D setting - and by making the standard setting very flat that certainly is the experience.
