The biggest disappointment was the lights

Also, the lights are useless since you need a usb connection, and they don’t even work when plugged into the USB port on the ps4 itself.

These are so cute and they do in fact light up when the usb is plugged in

Received product only thing working was the lights, company contacted me immediately to work out a solution that I would be happy with

It's impossible to plug in USB into your PS4 for the LED lights and your controller at the same time (without some kind of seperate adapter)

It's every light, comfortable to wear and sounds clear.

A few notes for improvement:The headset USB plug only powers the LED lights

So for Playstation your lights will NOT work.

Also haven't used the USB LED lights, because as others have said, it's hardly possible with the length of the cord.
