I've seen several comments from other users receiving defective units, and they complimented the manufacturer's customer service
-
The new unit is perfect.
-
AN EXCHANGE PLEASE I HAVE BEEN SENT A FAKE BAL M50X UNIT!!
-
Heavily disappointed, though I won’t rule out having a defective unit, I would not purchase again.
-
The manufacturer sent me a replacement unit directly and the new unit is much better than the first 2
-
The shame of is, the unit looks great, the concept is perfect, but, for some reason execution of the idea struggles.
-
After reading some other reviews, I was initially worried about it falling out, but it appears that the manufacturer has corrected that issue (or the other reviews had faulty units): If you look closely, at least on mine, there are detents for the pin in the headphones to lock into the adapter's plug.
-
Not a bad unit, attaches seamlessly and pairs very easily on droid and i devices
-
I must have received a defective unit
-
Only suggestion I would have aside from fixing the whine (Which could have been a defective unit) is have a through jack
-
Overall this unit feels flimsy, the power switch, the individual button clicks
-
Today, the unit completely died.
-
Maybe I received a defective unit
-
I was hoping i had just received a defective unit the first time, but i think that's just part of the product (as the static was still there with the second order)
-
When you press on the volume buttons, you end up applying torque on the 2.5mm male jack as well as rotating the unit ever so slightly around the Z-axis until the ends of the unit hit the cups
-
It's a shame that this didn't pan out as well as I
-
n’t be how the product normally works
