With my phone on my waist it loses connection at least 4 times an 8 hour shift I constantly have to pull my phone off my hip and hold it closer to the headset to have a clear conversation

The rightside, will not stay unretracted and also cuts on and off (loose connection)

loses connection easily.

Better connection than my LG headphones that quit working though.

The only positives I can see over previous headsets I've owned are that for the most part, the Amorno is more comfortable around my neck (when my hair isn't getting caught in the unnecessary hinge) and the earbuds are retractable so the wire is out of the way when not in use
