The retractable mechanism on it broke the 1st week

Had to return this item because the retracting mechanism is defective.

The retractable mechanism on it broke the 1st week

So now, when you put the earbuds in, the retracting mechanism doesn't stay locked and the earbud pops out of your ear and slams home

What DID fail was the retracting mechanism itself

The only positives I can see over previous headsets I've owned are that for the most part, the Amorno is more comfortable around my neck (when my hair isn't getting caught in the unnecessary hinge) and the earbuds are retractable so the wire is out of the way when not in use
