Even though the pair I got was defective, I am changing my review because of the great customer service I received from the company when they found out the one I got was defective

The only positives I can see over previous headsets I've owned are that for the most part, the Amorno is more comfortable around my neck (when my hair isn't getting caught in the unnecessary hinge) and the earbuds are retractable so the wire is out of the way when not in use
