Overall very good, only issue which isn’t a big deal, is that while you’re on the phone, they pick up a lot of background noise, and if someone FaceTimes you , you have to click and hold the power button for like a second to connect them to that call

.I use it while running, (usually one ear,) It has good sound quality, the wire secures it to protect it from loss, and it is comfortable with good sound even with moderate background noise

Voice is so quite and so filled with background noises so it's barely recognizable

However it did not cancel out enough of the background noise.
