THE ONLY problem I have is with charging the headset, the charger cord is real short( wish it was a bit longer) and it's a struggle sometimes to get it plugged in with the short cord and the placement of the plug in, I always end up calling someone while plugging it up but compared to the price and quality of the product, that's nothing

Don’t waste your time on this poorly designed headset; the company doesn’t really stand behind their product

This is a nice surprise to have an inexpensive headset that stays in my ears on my runs.

As for now I wasn't able to find inexpensive Bluetooth headset that would be at least as half as good as "Plantronics" ones (that are expensive but it looks like they worth it).

My first headset was damaged because I used a 5V, 2.5A USB.
