My ears are hard to fit and I found a good combination

These earbuds were slipping out, especially the right one (the side with the buttons), so I changed the earhooks so that the left one went into my right ear and the right went into my left (shown in picture)

Those work ok, but they hurt your ears after awhile.

Really nice ear buds have a good sound quality

I do buy Comply foam tips for extra noise blocking and because my ears are shaped weird and don't get along with regular rubber tips

They stay in the ear well, have a good carrying case and like the magnet that allows you to put them around your neck and have them ready quickly

The caller can be heard very clearly, as well as, the caller can hear me with no background noise (other people or car and road sounds)
