I have been purchasing a lot of different Bluetooth and none have given me what we all look for, this came out and my expectations about Bluetooth changed, this is the best Bluetooth I have ever owned, great quality, very comfy to use, I'm so happy I fianally found what was hopping for,

The Bluetooth works wonderful

Overtime pulling the retractable cord, will damage the wires, which distorts that sound and eventually stop working that is why you should only buy the push button retractable, also its important to have a very strong bluetooth device, at least 30 feet away from device that doesnt breakup signal

Where ever these cheap bluetooth chipsets come from needs to deal with this.

Liked the style/design and the retractable feature, which made my experience even more frustrating - they lasted less than 3 mos., which means I had to trash a bluetooth that looks like new - nice style & good features are useless if the product isn't functional - this is my 4th pair thru Amazon with the same results...I'M DONE!

The best of all, the Bluetooth announces the number calling me that way I don't have to check who it calling.

I bought one that took 2 months to arrive from Asia and the bluetooth was crap, it kept cutting out from only 5 feet from the device.

I ordered this Bluetooth and at first it worked Great, hearing and noise reduction, but by week 2 Left earbud stooppef working

Bluetooth Hedphone just bombed and stopped working in less than 6 months

And when connected to my phone (which has a great Bluetooth receptor) I can walk across my house and still have great quality.

Liked the retractable earbuds and easy Bluetooth setup.

Bluetooth-wise, no cut outs, and signal strength is excellent.

The only bad thing i would say is that its not good to use it on a phone call in a noise fill area but other than that it is a great Bluetooth headset.
