Whether my phone is on my hip, on my table, or 10 feet away, it constantly loses connection

Very functional sound wise, not build very well, pinches your neck when you pull on the earbud and loses connection

so I believe some care needs to be taken to not strain the connections when extending and retracting but the headset works very well with several Android handsets and it has all the needed separate buttons

No complaints during calls, connection can sometimes be slow.

Quick connect and doesn't seem to lose connection like others I have had in the past

Connection has been very crappy for the past two weeks and they were also having trouble connecting via Bluetooth.

Simple to pair with my iphone and keeps the connection (until the bluetooth range is exceeded, about 30 ft).

the earpiece loses connection and you can't hear

Bad connections and dropped phone calls are frequent.

Sometimes I must wiggle and push the micro USB connector firmly into the port, wiggle it, and set it down gently to ensure a solid connection

The issue is that I have to monitor the charging indicator (light) to be sure that I have a good connection

The makes up the neckband is in impedes a clear connection to a charger

However, the connection is horrendous

No skipping due to a bad bluetooth connection like the other brands
