My impression is that the design and manufacturing of the wire and retractable hardware are not well designed

I really like the streamline design of these headphones because they are not big and botchy.

I love my Headset the design the flexibility, the weight is perfect.

The overall design, plastic housing, etc. are good.

I like it as far as comfort, design go, but mine does not work with volume

I think the retractable button on each side instead of the ones you tug on is a much better design and easy to reach up and tap a couple times for retraction
