Because I only use one at a time, I decided to just use the left bud in my right ear

The retractable ear buds are a must

my right ear going out.

basically it work good for a couple months and then the left ear stopped working then it started disconnecting from my radio but picking phone calls up only very inconsistent would never order it again

After 30 days the right ear bud stopped retracting and working

The only negative feature is the retractable ear buds; you have to hold the headset while pulling them out.

This is an awesome product, but you have to me mindful of the ear bud due to retracting it with the button, the wire can wear out quickly... and one if my ear buds stops working off and on

They were good but didn't take long until the retractable ear buds quit retracting and then the left ear bud had no sound...really liked them too.

However, the right ear retract started not holding and its wire separated from the insulation

Decent ear buds, quality sound

Don’t like the actual ear piece though, it’s tight to pull out, sometimes the headphones are pulled off my neck just trying to pull out the retractable ear piece... would’ve been a 5 star product otherwise if not for that.

I used the left ear a lot so pulling it out then retracting it might make sense for it to give out first but the right ear isn't used at all because I can't be oblivious to what my kids are doing
