Working great - love the retractable earbuds!

The earbuds don’t hurt my ear lobes after wearing for hours.▪️The cords can be extended long enough to rotate the head in either direction and not pull the earbuds out of the ears

I like how the earbuds are retractable and they don't get tangled up

The earbuds sometimes get slightly twisted when they retract so they don't fit snugly into the body.

I've had 2 different kinds of retractable earbuds and both messed up with the retraction, so i think im steering away from retractable all together

Second, the earbuds are very uncomfortable (and thin), even after using the multiple sizes offered.

There are things I like about them such as the retractable earbuds but those are worthless when the product stops working.

I liked that the earbuds retracted nicely, but one of the earbuds got stuck in less than 60 days after purchasing it and could not be pulled out

They sounds amazing but the retractable earbuds arent

the only con was the retractable earbuds they could be easier/smoother to pull out for use, I almost pull the whole headset off from my neck the first time now I know to hold the headset before pulling out to use

So far my biggest concern is having the call button and the play buttons directly across from the buttons that retract the earbuds.

I loved the idea of retractable earbuds so they stay out of the way.

The sound is clear and the battery life is nice and long; but most importantly: the retractable earbuds are much more elegant than magnetic ones; when you're not using the headphones, you don't have to walk around with wires poping form your neck

We have only had the earbuds for just over a month and already one of the buds is not working and it sounds like the person using them is underwater

Osten headphones are good quality, the mic picks up my voice even in a noisy environment, the earbuds are clear when playing music, calls are slightly
