I rated only 4 stars because the headphones feel a bit heavier than I'm used to, the bass isn't as strong as I'd hoped, and while the magnetic clips are a great feature I do find them unclasping on their own occasionally.

The magnetic tip was a very useful feature.

Why it doesn't get five stars; The inability to rewind and forward through tracks is an issue as it would be a great feature when wanting to skip or replay a song or audiobook chapter

With all the good features like material quality, sound quality and battery life, the earbuds properly fit into ears.

The magnetic clicking feature is really useful, the headphones connect quickly and are easy to use, and they provide great sound.

Something about the bluetooth connection allows me to stay connected across multiple devices easily, this feature is super useful

The wire adjustment is a nice feature so the buds don't hang too low when i'm not wearing them.

After setup, they primarily pair to the phone, unless it's BT is off, then it switches to the laptop...very nice feature

The bass is not overwhelming (and often muddled) as with some of the others, but provides it at a level that I find pleasing.

These produced sound that was at least as good as, and in some cases much better than, the more expensive options.
