The first pair I ordered, the left ear stopped working, and now on my second pair the whole thing doesn't work.

In fairness that may be an IPhone issue, but I have easily paired with other devices, and if a device can't pair with an iPhone, that should be disclosed.

If you've ever had a pair of poor fitting earphones that you have to shove into your ear and it hurts, that is what these are like - even with the smallest size insert

I received these Headphones as a Free replacement pair for another headphone I had purchased that had some interference when on a call as awesome customer service gesture!These are wonderful I use with my iPhone

They worked well and paired with my iPad and my iPhone

So far I have taken the new headphones on a 9 mile and 1/2 marathon run and they fit great, sound good and holds a decent charge that I can tell.the customer service I received, and the better quality pair (first pair might have been a dud) moves my review to a 4 star.

no long cable hanging under my face to get caught, in clothes or anything, this Tao does not feel cheap, the USB cover fits tightly and looks like it will keep moisture and slight water out, unlike on the Cerano pair that I also have (check my review on those)The reason for the 4 stars is that I will rock these for a while and see if the same distortion appears on this pair like on my first pair, maybe it was a bad pair from Tao

I had also purchased a pair from a much more expensive brand for my husband (he was wary of the TaoTronic brand) and overall we all like this pair of headphones better than the more expensive pair.

I responded several times explaining that I knew how to use them properly (as I had been using my original pair for a couple of months without issue before it broke) and describing what exactly was wrong, but they kept responding with instructions as if it wasn't a technical issue and merely an issue of my own incompetence

When my 2nd pair of headphones experienced a charging issue, the seller was very helpful in getting them replaced
