The package was missing the main piece, the headset!!

The piece that goes aroundthe ear at the top is too bulky.

Loved them until the wire that runs from ear to ear came disconnected from the right ear piece.

I lost the rubber earbud piece and they replaced it free of charge

The only downside is the piece with the buttons does have a little weight to it and is always pulling the excess cord to that side.
