Don't like the product because they fall out constantly

and you product will be unbeatable, because when someone talk to you and you leave one piece in your ear and the other on your shoulder, the one that is on you shoulder will slowly fall the bother the movement of your head as ypu use the other one, but i tried using a clip to attach it to my t-

They made the best of my situation by apologizing for the failed product and sent out a better model to me as replacement.... free of charge!

Now, it will not pair, and if/when it does connect, the sound if very very low, you basically are left with an unusable product.
