As is typical they come with three different sets of silicone ear pieces, which when coupled with the ear wings give a decent fit with only minimal slippage as you move about.

My biggest concern going in was being uncomfortable with the fit inside the ear, luckily they came with a lot of adapters and I found the perfect fit.

It appears that they may have addressed the power charging port since the one they sent me as a replacement fits nice and snug and has a more solid fit when plugging in the charging cable

Good sound, great fit, long battery life - unfortunately the Bluetooth connection is somewhat choppy and breaks a lot when my phone is in my back pocket or my messenger bag, but works well if I hold the phone in my hand or in front of me, like on my bike mount - go figure

I find that all of the slack in the cord has moved to the right side of my body where the control buttons are and that just places more weight on the side of my head that already has a looser fit
