It doesn't change my rating because I paid half as much as my Plantronics, but the only things I wish this had were a plastic ear wrap rather than the flexible rubber and a slider to power on and off rather than holding the button

I like the product, however after using it only a few weeks, the rubber that fits over the earpiece ripped
