  • had to pry the back cover off with a knife, and i was only able to after prying open the face plate almost broke it trying to add batteries
  • The cover to the battery compartment is very difficult to remove because you cannot grasp it firmly
  • This remote is really small so this is a spare from when we lost the first one, but you can search this serial number and find a glow in the dark cover that works great with these.
  • This “Remote” is poorly built.....connections to batteries don’t work because of poorly designed connections and cover is very difficult to remove....and it doesn’t work well as a remote
