I thought the sound would be louder

The sound can be a bit tinny, but for what it is, we LOVE it

You sometimes got sound if you put your mouth on the microphone mesh, but that only worked half the time and is gross.

Loud and clear sound, easily links up via Bluetooth to a phone/tablet

Great sound!

However, it sounded terrible (like singing into a tin can), doesn't pick up any sound to amplify unless you hold it right next to your mouth at a very specific angle, and the charging cable broke off inside the the item before the end of the day.

Decent sound with separate control for music volume, bass/treble control - strongly recommend!
