unit worked very well for 7 months, no doesn't work at all

The 3S23 that i purchased cut paper very well but after a short time and little home office usage, the Auto-Off feature stopped working and the unit either turned on and Ran by itself or would Not stop run-in after the paper had passed through and i cleaned it very well and made sure the on/off sensor was not blocked or dirty

Otherwise unit works as described.

time!This unit is very quiet and will shred 14 sheets at once.

The unit is very quiet and has yet to overheat even when used continuously for over an hour.
