Also, with cheaper paracord often times when you try to remove some of the inner strands they get caught inside, causing the whole length of the paracord to twist

This new paracord (form Bored) did not expose the inner strands upon cutting, only after I rinsed in hot water to pre-shrink, but even then there was minimal separation of the outer shell from the inner strands.
