I would not hesitate buying a second set for the rear channel speakers, they give faithful sound reproduction at low volume all the way up to wake up the neighbors level!

In the case of these speakers, I submit that these speakers without a doubt do a phenomenal job of accurate, honest sound reproduction

As usual with Bose, either you like the musical reproduction... or you don't.

The sound reproduction is most adequate.

Not only is the sound reproduction excellent, I also am a big fan of the direct/reflective aspect of the speakers.

So I got a Onkyo P304 with a Onkyo M504 discrete construction faithful reproduction of sound

They defiantly slightly favor certain frequencies, not in a bad way, but you won't get the so called perfect reproduction that some people look for in a speaker

These Bose 301-V bookshelf speakers are great, excellent sound reproduction
