    Bose Noise Cancelling Wireless Bluetooth Headphones 700, with Alexa Voice Control, Arctic White

    • BT issues are not critical.
    • First set had issues but when I received the replacement, I love this product.
    • Sadly, an otherwise first rate set of headphones is ruined by a third rate app and chronic connectivity issues.
    • -usb-I had to download an app which is lame but the app functions fine and all bad issues seem to be resolved
    • Have intermittent issues now with sound only playing out of one speaker
    • Unfortunately, Bose is not able to fix this issue even after many users are complaining since this headphone came out
    • Biggest issue with this headphone is Sound Leakage
    • Here's why:Had I searched for Bose NC 700 Cancellation, I'd have found lots of users on lots of threads suffering the same issues.
    • Customer support said this particular issue is a firmware glitch and they don't know when they'll be able to fix it
    • ENSURE you upgrade the firmware, I did that and most of the issue reported in reviews were not present expect for a poor app connection issues
    • I made a mistake by ignoring the reviews that shed light on this most disturbing issue.
    • What disappoints me the most however are the issues I have with connectivity
    • Unable to use and charge headset simultaneously, with a 17 hour battery, this probably isn’t an issue for most2) Bluetooth when used as a headset drops out.
    • All well documented issues on the Bose community website
    • If it weren't for this static issue, this would be a great product
    • I went through all of the Bose forums and did their recommended fixes (this is a well known issue with these headphones) and nothing works.
    • The horrid Bose Music App silences the great Bose 700s due to severe connectivity issues.
    • Another annoying issue is that if I have '0' in my list of noise cancelling levels and I have the headphones remember my last noise cancelling level: When I first turn on my headphones, and it's set to '0', my first click of the left button on my headphones does nothing, my second click jumps straight to the 3rd option
    • The noice cancelling is very strong but one issue I have been experiencing is that it won’t charge to 100% it would always stop at 80%
    • My issue with the headphones is that you cannot disable the touch gestures on the right side of the headphones.
    • I think this has something to do with the multi-device support and turning bluetooth off an all other devices seems to help, but come on Bose, disconnecting the active device when you pickup a passive device somewhere else??An additional annoying issue is that when you launch the Bose Music app, even though the headphones are connected to my iPhone, the music app cannot find them
    • The issues aren't enough to make me return them, but they are enough to be a constant, low grade aggravation that I would prefer not to have had.
    • few known problems are battery showing as only for 18 hours, the app control is terrible, and the bluetooth connection with this stutter issue is very frustrating.
    • The only issue I have is that the right ear killed itself all of a sudden and started producing a buzzing sound
    • I was only able to survive 3 days before the unpairing issue drove me insane
