Software just sucks and ruins the experience

The software is really buggy and only works right whenever I don't want things to activate

The inadequate software makes these headphones useless half the time when they don't connect

THEIR SOFTWARE IS GARBAGE

The software from Bose is absolutely horrid

I think Bose is trying to improve the software but the process is dirt slow

Noise cancellation is configurable and works as it should and, of course, it comes with amazing sounds

I got these to work as they were intended

The "voice" and the trumpet blast on powerup/down is annoying as it completely blocks being able to hear anything (either ambient noise or the audio program).

These have never worked as they were supposed to

I've owned many models from Bose over the last 20 years, as well as the Sony XM2 and XM3.
