Pairing on all devices other than iPhone work poorly, sound stutters when connected to more than one device (or certain devices solely), and the microphone noise cancellation works so poorly that people have insisted that I call them back without my headset.

I was looking for top-notch headphones that I could connect to my PC communications applications, as well as reliably work my smartphone and the 700 didn't do that for me.

The earphones are comfortable, and if only connected to a single device work well, but the product is not worth $350 or even $250, without the multi-point bluetooth support, much less expensive options available from just about any of the other manufacturers.

Bose keep up the good work I'm very impressed.

In order to make these headphones work well with computers, which is paramount in this Quarantine era, you need to update the firmware once you get the headphones

My work gave us a generous work from home stipend and I decided to invest in great noise-canceling headphones.

Now the computer regularly freezes, the sound stops working without warning and will not work even on the computer speakers if I disconnect the earphones!, and the computer is generally unreliable

The sound quality is great, probably not audiophile quality but I purchased these to survive a noisy work environment

I went through all of the Bose forums and did their recommended fixes (this is a well known issue with these headphones) and nothing works.

They are working great for phone calls as well, and the microphone is crisp and clear, or so I'm told

They went out within 2 months when the right headphone stopped working & would not play audio when streaming videos

it’s comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, and voice calls work great.

$400 for a beautiful pair of headphones that only work when paired to my phone is just not worth it.

Love these, I am in a "Agile" work space and these really help.

I've had other Bose products that have worked great, but these seem to be poorly designed
